I’m creating the possibility of a whole new Future-Of-Work in my life and in the world, where I am cause in the matter of it materializing and self-perpetuating. Inside this possibility, what happens is: 
1/ I collaborate in psychologically safe settings. 
2/ I engage in, and improve work with good game design so that
A) There are clear goals that support a valuable purpose.
B) There are explicit rules. 
C) I can access real-time feedback, in service to continuous improvement. 
D) I am free to opt-in or opt-out, anytime. 
3/ I follow or lead only from a place of optimizing the whole system for value creation.
4/ I repeatedly re-use successful patterns wherever possible, in service to amplifying the value they create. 
5/ I value learning and being part of an organization that can also learn.
